I really don't like these stupid frames and even though I loathe them on principal, as Veronica Karlsson says, they may have a purpose here.
Remember! In order to view the animations, you MUST have Netscape Navigator 3.01, MSIE 4.0, Opera 3.2b2 (or higher) with the Javascript enabled. They DON'T work in MSIE 3.0 because in their wisdom the MSIE people cleverly use a proportional font in the Javascript window.
